Rules & Security Requirements
Important Rules:
- Alcohol Policy: If alcohol is served, you must hire two (2) Police Officers. Alcohol is prohibited in the pool area and at community-wide functions.
- Chaperones: Functions for those under 21 require one (1) adult chaperone for every 10 guests.
- Cleaning: Residents are responsible for removing all litter. Deposits are returned via mail within 60 days if the facility passes the post-event walk-through.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse.

Certain events require professional security or a property representative:
Clubhouse Property Representative: $26.50 per hour (Required for most events to maintain the facility).
Police Officer (No Alcohol): $300 minimum (4 hours). Required if the majority of patrons are under 25 years old.
Police Officers (x2) (If Alcohol is Served): $600 minimum (4 hours).
To reserve the District Clubhouse and/or Pool:
- Fill out the application digitally using the form below OR print the application Amended Clubhouse Ruleshere and fill it out manually
- Bring your deposit to Sterling Associates at 6842 N. Sam Houston Pkwy W. Houston Tx 77064
Important:
- Rentals may be booked at least 10 business days in advance. Rentals are first come, first served.
- Hours: Monday–Saturday: Must end by 11:00 PM. Sunday: Must end by 10:00 PM.
- The pool can only be rented during hours when it is closed to the general public.
